Welcome to our website and thank you for your interest in swissme. The protection of your personal data is very important to us. We process your data in accordance with the applicable legal regulations for the protection of personal data, in particular the EU Data Protection Basic Regulation (EU-DS-GVO) and the country-specific implementation laws applicable to our company. Our data protection declaration explains which personal data we collect from you via our website, what we use it for, when we delete it and how your data is best protected by security measures.

In addition, we will inform you of the respective legal basis that allows us to process the data in question. You will also be informed about your statutory rights in connection with the processing of this data. Personal data is the information that makes it possible to identify a natural person. This includes in particular name, date of birth, address, telephone number, e-mail address, but also your IP address. Anonymous data exists if no personal reference to the user can be established. When you visit our website, we do not normally require any personal data from you. You only transmit data to our web server when you call up our website (for technical reasons) via your Internet browser. During the ongoing connection for communication between your internet browser and our web server, the following data is recorded:

IP address

Information about the web pages that you visit on our website, the date and time of your visit

Name of the requested file, whether file was transferred, amount of data transferred

The IP address assigned by your Internet Service Provider

For reasons of technical security, in particular to defend against attempts to attack our web server, we store this data in accordance with Art. 6 Para. 1 lit. f EU-DS-GVO. After seven days at the latest, the data is anonymised by shortening the IP address at domain level. A reference to the individual user is not established. The data is only processed in anonymised form for statistical purposes. Further data collection All personal data that we learn about you through the website will only be processed for the purposes described below. This is done within the framework of the legal regulations mentioned in each case or only with your consent. In particular, Art. 6 EU-DS-GVO stipulates when data processing is permitted. This specifies constellations when data processing is permitted. This is the case, for example, when

  • you have given your consent (Article 6 (1) (a) EU-DS-GVO),
  • the data are necessary for the performance of a contract/pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 (1) (b) EU-DS-GVO),
  • the data are necessary for the fulfilment of a legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) EU-DS GMO)
  • or to safeguard the legitimate interests of our company, provided that your interests worthy of protection do not outweigh our own (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f EU-DS-GVO).

The collected personal data will of course be treated confidentially. At swissme, only authorised persons who are involved in technical, commercial or customer management support have access to your data. We will only pass on your data to third parties within the framework of the legal provisions or with the appropriate consent or we will not pass on your data to third parties unless we are obliged to do so by mandatory legal provisions.


There is a contact form on our website which can be used for electronic contact. If you write to us via the contact form, we will process the data you provide in the contact form to establish contact and answer your questions and requests. The principle of data economy and data avoidance is observed, in that you only have to provide the data that we absolutely need to contact you. These are your e-mail address and the message field itself. In addition, your IP address is processed for technical reasons and for legal protection. All other data are voluntary fields and can be provided optionally (e.g. for a more individual answer to your questions). If you contact us by e-mail, we will process the personal data provided in the e-mail solely for the purpose of processing your inquiry.


On our website you can occasionally subscribe to a free newsletter. The e-mail address you provide when registering for the newsletter as well as your name will be used to send the personalized newsletter. Here the principle of data economy and data avoidance is observed, as only the e-mail address (name in the case of personalised newsletters, if applicable) is marked as a mandatory field. For technical reasons and for legal reasons, your IP address will also be processed when you order the newsletter. You can of course unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe option provided in the newsletter and thus revoke your consent at Furthermore, there is also the possibility to unsubscribe from the newsletter directly via our website at any time.


swissme is interested in maintaining the customer relationship with you and in providing you with information and offers about our products / services. We therefore process your data in order to send you corresponding information and offers by e-mail. If you do not wish this, you can object to the use of your personal data for the purpose of direct advertising at any time.

If you object, we will no longer process your data for this purpose. The objection can be made free of charge and without form and without giving reasons and should be sent to or by telephone to 0951/ 290651. We will then no longer process your personal data unless we can prove compelling reasons for processing worthy of protection that outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.


Our Internet pages use so-called cookies in several places. They serve to make our offer more user-friendly, more effective and safer. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and saved by your browser (locally on your hard disk). These cookies enable us to analyse how users use our websites. This enables us to design the website content according to the needs of our visitors. On the basis of our legitimate interests (i.e. interest in the analysis, optimisation and economic operation of our online offer within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO) we use Google Analytics, a web analysis service of Google LLC ("Google"). Google uses cookies. The information generated by the cookie about the use of the website by the user is usually transferred to a Google server in the USA and stored there. Google is certified under the Privacy-Shield-Agreement and thus offers a guarantee to comply with the European data protection law( Google will use this information on our behalf to evaluate the use of our online offer by the users, to compile reports on the activities within this online offer and to provide us with further services connected with the use of this online offer and the use of the internet. In doing so, pseudonymous user profiles of the users can be created from the processed data. We only use Google Analytics with activated IP anonymisation. This means that the IP address of the user is shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or in other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases is the full IP address transferred to a Google server in the USA and shortened there. The IP address transmitted by the user's browser is not merged with other Google data. In order to protect the data stored with us in the best possible way against accidental or intentional manipulation, loss, destruction or access by unauthorized persons, we use appropriate technical and organizational security measures. The security levels are continuously reviewed in cooperation with security experts and adapted to new security standards. Our website is encrypted. For transport encryption we offer HTTPS and the latest encryption protocol for our website. This means that all personal data is transmitted to us in encrypted form. In addition, we offer our users a content encryption within the contact forms. The decryption of this data is only possible for us. In addition, there is of course the possibility to use alternative communication channels (e.g. by post). Links to other providers Our website contains - clearly visible - occasional links to the Internet presences of other companies. As far as links to websites of other providers are available, we have no influence on their contents. Therefore, no guarantee or liability can be assumed for these contents. The respective provider or operator of these sites is always responsible for the contents of these sites. The linked pages were checked for possible violations of law and recognizable infringements at the time of linking. Illegal contents were not recognizable at the time of linking. However, a permanent control of the contents of the linked pages is not reasonable without concrete evidence of a violation of the law. If we become aware of any infringements of the law, such links will be removed immediately.


We maintain on the basis of our legitimate interests within the meaning of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f. DSGVO, we maintain online presences within social networks and platforms in order to be able to communicate with the customers, interested parties and users active there and to inform them about our services. When calling up the respective networks and platforms, the terms and conditions and data processing guidelines of their respective operators apply. Unless otherwise stated in our data protection declaration, we process the data of users if they communicate with us within the social networks and platforms, e.g. write articles on our online presences or send us messages. 

Rights of data subjects / Your rights as a data subject
First of all, we would like to inform you about your rights as a data subject. These rights are standardised in Art. 15 - 22 EU-DS-GVO. This includes:

- The right of deletion (Art. 17 EU-DS-GVO),

- The right of data transferability (Art. 20 EU-DS-GVO),

Your visit to our website is recorded. In detail, the following data about each access is stored in the log files:
